Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My home is very close to town centre in rochdale and as well very close to shopping centres , i walk e everywhere so I dont use transport at all but if I do is usually taxi, tram and bus station is 7 min away from my home by walk so is close , leaving on my street is good no noise neighbours very quiet street is Blake street zero problems, parking and bin collection everything ok, there is no anti social behaviours and no traffic here, rent is expensive that is the only minus for such a tiny 2 bedroom house
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They usually care and listen abaut anything I reported
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If i knew that rent will go up every single year I will never move in because started on 630 now is 910 massive difference for tiny house so people who will move in in future should 100% know this to know they need to stress every year with rent up, people could be much happier and more relaxed if the knew they love here so long amd rent price not changing but because it is changing I considering moving out in 1 year time before another rent rice up to 1000£ per year

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area has its pros and cons. There’s a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, and several pleasant parks and green spaces for walking or relaxing. Public transport is reasonably convenient with buses and trains, but peak-time congestion and occasional delays can be frustrating. On my street, parking is sometimes limited, especially in the evenings, and bins are collected regularly. It’s generally quiet with little anti-social behaviour, though traffic noise can be noticeable at busy times. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and resolved issues promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the limited parking on the street, as it can be tricky during evenings and weekends. Additionally, understanding bin collection days in advance would have been helpful for planning.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Walking distance to town centre, many great shops and restaurants, close to our workplace, close to schools, cinemas and other entertainment. Bus station and tram stop just around the corner. Gym and swimming baths 2 minutes away from the house
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly, never had any issues. Used an app to report problems - 10/10
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I Don't feel like there is anything we didn't know when we moved in. Everything was communicated very well to us
