We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Like the building but after a while u realised u didn't like it also people come in and break things such as they broke the lift which makes it difficult for residents to get to their flats their are pregnant women who find it difficult to walk up a lot of stairs

The building is normally very clean. The property is spacious and the neighbours are friendly. In the area there are a lot of stuff to do such as to go to the gym, local parks and ,any restaurants. However I feel like there is not enough parking for cars of local residents and when things like the door or lift break it takes a bit too long for them to be fixed which is inconvenient.

The building management is quite hands off. There are, mice in the building from the canal, the management get pest controlike to deal with it. There is a building Facebook group which is quite helpful. The blicky is hard to get into, no break ins.

Not too good facilities, not allowed to use garage. Can't get behind different doors and have to go round the building after going to the bin chutes. The walls are hollow so there's loads of rats everywhere and they come in from the bin chutes. The rats spoil the electrics.
