Close to the station - close to shopping centre - convenience store 5 minute walk- park 10 minute walk

I like how there are a lot of communal areas, the only problem I have is that there is not enough security

Nice to be close to the brewery which is cinema and bar

Parking space isnt also inforced as to their parking tickets go unpaid

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is not that great at all. There have been traffic wardens turn up at our house at late hours like 3 am causing disturbances to the neighbours and I. Parking in the area is very limited too so residents are constantly getting tickets. We’ve actually received over £3000 worth of parking permits aswell. The neighbours are okay but some of them can be really unfriendly. There are Police in the area every other day. However shopping is sufficient and there are good transport links such as Romford station nearby.

I wish I would have known that parking is so limited.

It can be rough, ad the enteprance is only subway. Security.

The parking isnt quite limited, private cars also park there as there is no gate.
