Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The village is ok, a little congested and clearly in need of some infrastructure development. Close to main roads - although weather dependent as some flooding does occur regularly which impacts on access in and out of the village

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Truthfulness about neighbouring developments - sales team where not honest in their responses to direct questions about development of adjacent farmland. Overall lack of customer service.

What is the best feature of your home:

Chocolate box appearance - well designed and spacious

We have mixed feelings about our house and management of the house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very scenic and can see the country side. There aren't any supermarkets close by in terms of walking but there are many options if you had a car. The area is so-so in terms of anti social behaviour as we have had experienced several incidents where the police had to be called but this obviously comes down to the legal requirement of the social housing in any new developments.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we got a professional snagger in to rectify everything that we didn't see first off. Also, I wish we were more adamant in getting things rectified although we struggle with balancing time and effort for what it was worth.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen bay windows and patio windows is the best feature on hour house

A lovely development close by to the local village, the development is located on the edge of the village which is lovely and quiet and a short way from a variety of shops.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location and in-depth detail of the closeness of housing association, the fact we share a private drive way two the flats at tbe bottom it would have made sense to have their spaces the other side as this has caused a fair few problems with some antisocial behaviour.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the unique style of the Davidson home, the finish and detail is what sold the houses to us as they are different throughout.

Infrastructure in particular the road network is awful. The surrounding roads and wider village simply can’t handle the level of traffic caused by this and other developments locally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the interior built quality, which could be higher.

What is the best feature of your home:

Most houses come with ample amounts of parking or easy access to it.

Nice house but shame that housing association properties were included in the development. Peaceful area

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bad plumbing would lead to a flood and the developer took no responsibility

What is the best feature of your home:

Size of living room and kitchen and garden. Very energy efficient
