Good house design and facilities.So in love with my kitchen arrangement, integral garage and parking space. The building and property management is on the average as it takes a while for raised concerns to be addressed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location for schools and bin collections and no traffic noise.But no local shops available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don't respond on time from my past experience.

Have a good understanding of the location of your property.

Public transport is okay, but a car is needed

Design is standard, size is good price for money. Garden is a decent size. Issues have been rectified mostly fast, apart from our garden gate which has been broken for roughly 1yr with no repair / handyman come out. We have had several issues with drains but have been sorted very quickly.

We live in a quiet area, so there are a few local pubs / shops, although there are a lot of new developments so it would be good to see more investment in the local area. There are plenty of green spaces and walks and the area is very safe, ideal for families. Public transport is okay, but a car is needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we knew about another new development which is built right behind our house.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love our garden and kitchen design, which is fashionable and good size.

Needs more facilities within walking distance

Still awaiting for them to correct the trees that were removed by miller homes behind as it has taken away privacy. A small child’s park area has been created but not really the best as the grass has lots of weeds and stingers around it’s just a tunnel and next to a water feature which isn’t the safest place to allow kids to play alone

Needs a cafe local within walking distance and another shop for food purchase, lots of houses being developed another place to go would be great for food etc

Help to buy wasn’t to clear at purchase time when you actually look into remortgage

Garden is a great size with no one overlooking the property

Rear gardens not built to level

Design is alright apart from rear gardens which are not built to level. Property management from Lovell is not as good as expected. Issues are often ignored unless you keep chasing them everyday. Building management has been good with advanced notices for noisy construction work.

Great community with very little traffic noise. Nearby transportation is non-existing so a car is fundamental if you travel to work everyday.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The transportation issue is something that I didn't consider too much in the beginning but since then have realised how important it is for the whole of the community.

What is the best feature of your home:

The private location it is in and the closeness to the M54 motorway

Good builder, silly mistakes.

Good design of houses, nice amount of green. Poor that the “ponds” have been left with no water in and look a mess. Property management around the area is poor and do not keep up with the regular need for grass cutting and flower pruning etc. Local pub and co-op are a 20 minute walk away.

Not many local shops or pubs within walking distance. Traffic is minimal and noise is minimal too. Lots of open green spaces and nice for dog walks.

Property management (green areas etc) do not do what they should do

What is the best feature of your home:

Long hallway, and size of bedrooms for a new build are good.
