Well connected for south of the river!

Verified Resident

The property gets very warm in the summer and because there is no central air conditioning it is very hard to control that.
Its not too spacious but it fits my needs
Concierge consistently useful and polite and I feel very safe
Spacious parking

If there is one thing about you would change about your flat or property what would it be?

A bigger garden or green space around the property.

Convinent, modern and luxurious

Verified Resident

The balcony is inside facing which is great because I don’t hear a lot of the traffic although I don’t know how it is for the other side. I feel like the apartment is very modern with the colour scheme, it is quite clean with the white walls and open plan kitchen.
There is also a lot of parking spaces and it is given to the residents through key and bollard system so you can only park in your space which is useful.
Gym in the basement which is open to all residents
Courtyard garden was a lovely touch to the whole apartment

What is the best feature of your home?

Convenience and how modern the whole look of the apartment is

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great transportation links, and there is a good high street as fhere is a lot of restaurants and bars. There is a great restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The concierge is 7 to 7 which is handy but could be extended

Bad quality build

Verified Resident

The quality of the build is very bad. Many flats have had issues with the plumbing and we got a lot of leakages in the past. The building is only 7 years old, but the build quality is dreadful. The management are awful and make it difficult for the people to get in touch with them. On a different note, I like my flat, it is spacious enough for two people, which is pretty handy.

If there is one thing you could change about your flat or property what would it be?

There are parts of the flat that could be built to a higher specification. The quality of the finishing could have been better too.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is well connected to bus, tube and the train . I do my shopping at Sainsbury’s, it is just down the street, 10 minutes walk away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I dislike the quality of the build. It is of very low quality.

Safe, affluent and enjoyable

Verified Resident

For a 2 bed it feels spacious and modern and everything seems designed well. The open planned kitchen is my favourite area in my house and the east facing window allows light in in the mornings.
I love my balcony in the apartment which overlooks the small gardens however I know some have view of London skyline.
Also I use the terrace sometimes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised?

I haven’t had any problems with the apartment so far.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that I feel safe in the area and never felt any problems
Close to town centre
A little far-outside of London however not terrible of a commute.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How high council tax would be although I did know the area well

Convenient, comfortable and safe

It is spacious for 2 bed however there are issues with the storage.
It was furnished when we moved into the property and it was basic but of good quality.
Fibre optics isn’t available here which can be annoying.

They are a little slow but things so get done.
We did have issues with the lift and leak in building but it was solved quick within a day or two.

Its close to the tubes and the high street which has a lot of shops. Also there isnot lot of buses
There is nothing i dislike

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
