Wonderful apartment. Good neighbours. Natural sun light, south facing. Good landlord and agent kept communicating, landlord was flexible regarding furniture or changes. Recent building. No maintenance issues. Good space and great storage. Good balcony. Communal gardens were generally cleaned. Good isolation and great windows. Warm flat. Heat bill was included in the rent.

Building facilities - could have more Only communal gardens and parking available

What is the best feature of your home:

Natural sun light, low monthly bills, spacious Below average bills

Good: Quality of building and apartments are very high. Great insulation and EPC rating very efficient. Two gardens. Underfloor heating. Private Garage. Bad: service charges and FirstPort

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Change of management company to FirstPort. Service charge fees can increase anytime and by any amount.

What is the best feature of your home:

Quality of the homes are very high compared to most new developments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I likee that it is nice and quiet, living here is very peaceful. However, on one side of the development is a really lovely area but the other side is not so nice. putney heath is nearby which is useful. I use the bus but whem friends come it would be nice to have a closer tube station.

I wish I had known that there would be scafholding out of the front of the building.

I wish that the apartment was a bit larger than it is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that its quiet but I Dislike that it is far from the station and that there are no shops.

There is no information that I wish I had known programme to moving in.

I would put an extra bedroom in as I've just had another child.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like that its got lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. I love living near to the river and I have richmond park near. I dislike that it takes longer to get into london.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have not been that good at getting back to me about problems.

There is not anything I wish I had known before I moved in.
