I love the Placefirst home we rent, it’s a wonderful design and works so well for us as family. It was lovely moving into a brand new home too. Placefirst have been good to rent from, and Alicia in particular is really helpful, and has addressed any minor issues we have had. My only bugbear is the cost of renting now, but that’s across the board, not aimed at Placefirst in particular. All in all very happy here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived in the area for 13 years, and it’s a nice place to live with very few issues. It’s a lot busier than it once was, but that’s part and parcel of it growing in size so much.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have responded quickly and most problems have been addressed quickly. I have also received chase up emails to make sure any repairs have been remedied.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s not much I didn’t know about the area, as I lived here for 11 years previous to moving into our Placefirst home. I think the annual price increase is hard to deal with currently, but it’s the same for most people.

Manager response

Thank you for the great review! We're really glad the home has worked out so well for your family, and that Alicia and the team have been quick to help with any issues.
