Quiet space, very safe, friendly neighbours, parking space available! A very family friendly environment :)

Promptly and efficiently. A good system to email and get it resolved

I wish we knew we had a side entrance! But nevertheless everything else is near perfect!

This is a really calm place to live in however there are some anti-social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They would always very quickly respond to any problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that sometimes there are a lot of noise can be heard in the morning.

Poor quality of house! The site is taking forever to be finished and the access to the estate is poor.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and seem to not want to cause any issues. They are hard working and efficient!

How bad the quality of this house was because it’s dreadful

I believe the bin area could be more tidy an more bins provide especially the recycling bins an good is that it’s quite an clean

Yes we had an electrical fault within the building an they fixed it straight away

That we never had any area for seating outside of the building

Everything about my house I love . The location , the house itself . 3 minute walk to all local amenities . The train station.fir me to go to work . The convenience store 2 minutes walk away .no anti social behaviour whatsoever . Park on our drive with our car .zero traffic noise . Bin collections so easy . Love every aspect of living here

Any issues addressed immediately and resolved as quick as possible
