We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

A Taylor Wimpey development, Postmark is a selection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Sitting across two postcodes, WC1 and EC1, the development is surrounded by Farringdon, Clerkenwell, King’s Cross, and all that they have to offer. Commuters benefit from the National Rail services at nearby Farringdon and the Piccadilly line at Russell Square.

I bought a new flat and received a flat to renovate with broken tiles, damaged bathtub, terrible finish. The development has had at least 5 leaks I know of and mine has yet to be dealt with after 6 months. Taylor Wimpey hide behind NHBC guidelines and encourage to contact NHBC to complain. They sell a high quality home with quality assured but this is not at all what you get. They find poor workmanship perfectly acceptable and refuse to fix a number of damages
