Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to all the amenities. Near some great school. There are quiet a few parks and open spaces around so going for a walk is very enjoyable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's not a deal breaker for us but we are in the property nearly two years now and we still haven't seen the final road surface being laid. The entry / exit from our drive is a bit steep which works for the cars we currently have but if I get something with a bit of a low ride height, I will struggle. The plans do show block work to go infront but we don't have a timeline of when this will happen as I am assuming once the heavy machinery is out of the development, that's when they'll do that. The rest is all great, loved the experience of buying from the developer and everyone is friendly. Customer service promptly dealt with whenever we had any issues. Can't recommend enough. Keep up the good work (y).

We do not have a garage but we knew that going in; it's just a nice to have and I think all modern properties should have it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love where the development is situated. The park is only over the road so is great for taking the dog out and we have several local shops including a post office nearby. I’ve had no issues with parking, bin collections are the same time every Friday. Traffic noise isn’t so bad, sometimes you hear the odd boy racer.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should’ve bought a house further into the development and with a garage.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the fact it’s 3 storey, so we have a large master bedroom!

very good location for emargency to buy anything .

extend backyard with conservative in the garden and loft extension in future.
