Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a great location so obviously it's got pros and cons. Pros: Tesco, Lidl and White city shopping centre are within a walking distance. Takes under 20 mins to get to town with tram and there's multiple tram stops that are within walking distance to choose from. It's really close to media city which is a beautiful place to run, if you're into that. Cons: too close to 2 stadiums so game nights can be a nightmare with traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have all been so helpful in many different ways, I could list them all but then I'd proper go over the word count. Sara is always there to help collect my food orders and answer every one of my questions no matter how silly they are. Rebecca & Nat will go the extra mile when I'm having any issue that Sara can't solve, they truly make the podium feel like my home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they'd be so many doors to get to my parcel & gym

I miss some quality restaurants around and other trendy shops but it is compensated with the good transport and people noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management always have responded to my claims/troubles efficiently

The best of this community is the team who day by day support the tenants, always available to help and fix any problem or doubt with an smile and kindness, look at Sarah Ahmed, ... Also the rest of the crew, Nats, Rebecca, Kadira, Emma.. we are so grateful to have met all of them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is really convenient. There are two tram stops less than a 10 minute walk away, so getting around is really easy. There are also a few corner shops nearby and plenty of supermarkets to choose from, which is great for everyday shopping. We’re only around a 5-minute walk from a shopping centre as well, so there are lots of shops and other amenities within walking distance. Overall, everything I need is close by and the transport links are really good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quickly to the ones within their capacity and done their best with the ones that aren’t

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That’s there’s no loading bay, shopping or friends/ families visiting can be a struggle sometimes

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think the range of shops around the area are really good! You can also get to them within a 5-10 minute walk. If you wanted to get into the city centre it’s literally 10 minutes to Deansgate on the trams, & Old Trafford tram stop is only a 2 minute walk away!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any teething problems we had at the start when moving into the building were sorted out straight away!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise how accessible everything was going to be around the building, like shops & even places to eat. Media city being a 15-20 minute walk away is a great spot for lunch & drinks.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. Good range of shops nearby, and very close to old Trafford and to Salford Quays, whilst also being right by two tram stops so easy to get into town

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super quick responses. Had an issue with the bath plug which was fixed immediately. Same with ethernet ports.

Nothing, Maya explained everything perfectly and everything was super easy to navigate
