Convenient in terms of accessibility to shops etc. only problem is parking . Would have like a more accessible parking place when valued against the rent we pay

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I haven’t had any issues with this. They have been very supportive where they can

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I like the place in terms of location and safety. Parking problem is something I should have considered definitely before moving in.

Great location, city centre is great for shops, restaurant and bars accessibility. Nearby price accessible parking spaces are often booked a long time in advanced

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance team is great and very helpful, you can rely on them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The poor social life, they told me they were organising a few event a month, in 4 months, there was only one coffee morning organised … I moved to the city by myself so it was one of the most important factor for me to be in a building with social life. Very disappointed in this aspect. We can’t even meet our neighbours through a common social group.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops, pubs, and the like are very good. There are a lot of them and very close to the building. Though there are 2 disappointing things: bin collections and car parking. Bin collection is full very often! Re car parking, I do believe you should include it into the rent if you provide high-quality services. This is an essential part.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent. Paul is the-best-of-the-best guy :) He does everything quickly and with high quality.

As for more, the parcel storage is the most frustrating thing currently.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very near to the city centre and just 5 mins walk to Moor market which is very convenient for grocery shopping. Also great transport link bus stop just 5 mins away tram station & train station 10-15mins away. It is so accessible and convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They very responsive and quickly get the things done. The house keeping staff and maintenance staff are very good at their job and very polite.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The issue with the car parking. We knew that we had to get monthly membership from the private car park which is beside the building but sometimes it is difficult to get a slot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location, all the main amenities are walking distance.i also work in the city centre so it really easy for me to walk to work. I think the apartments are really quiet, not noisy at all. Everyone is really respectful and even living next to a main busy road, you don't hear that traffic at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have always tried their best to help me. They bring a lot of value to the day to day living in the apartment. Wouldn't be the same without them honestly!

Storage space is very limited. I chose the furnished option but it's best to still get extra shelves and drawers etc..
