Great location, close to railway station and the city centre. Great little local bar a block away with a few other nightlife venues and some nice little cafés further along the road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Staff and management are always efficient and friendly.

The site has a phone app which can act as an alternative to entry if I forget my keyfob, which happens to be a regular occurrence.

It is very near to the city centre and just 5 mins walk to Moor market which is very convenient for grocery shopping. Also great transport link bus stop just 5 mins away tram station & train station 10-15mins away. It is so accessible and convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They very responsive and quickly get the things done. The house keeping staff and maintenance staff are very good at their job and very polite.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The issue with the car parking. We knew that we had to get monthly membership from the private car park which is beside the building but sometimes it is difficult to get a slot.

Perfect location, all the main amenities are walking distance.i also work in the city centre so it really easy for me to walk to work. I think the apartments are really quiet, not noisy at all. Everyone is really respectful and even living next to a main busy road, you don't hear that traffic at all.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have always tried their best to help me. They bring a lot of value to the day to day living in the apartment. Wouldn't be the same without them honestly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Storage space is very limited. I chose the furnished option but it's best to still get extra shelves and drawers etc..

Really like the location of Platform. For food shops you have options of Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Waitrose within 5-10 minute walk. There are several bars only 2 minutes away with outdoor seating. Easily walk into town in 5 minutes. Train station is only 10 minute walk away which is one of the closest we found when searching for properties in Sheffield. Parking is a bit of a hassle as the carpark located nearest to the flats was fully booked for months. So I am now renting someone’s space which is costing me £100 a month extra. The bin collections used to happen at around 5:30am but this recently seems to have changed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently. We needed to switch apartments on move in day which the team helped us with and made it very seamless
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Considering sorting out parking before moving. Water and electricity is around £100 a month for 2 people. Consider whether your apartment will get direct sun light or not as some don’t.

This is a great neighbourhood. It’s very close to supermarkets, the Moor market and the train station. There are also some great independent cafes, breweries and pubs in a 2 min walk. Not a lot of anti-social behaviour which is surprising given how close to the city centre. It can be a bit loud at night but that’s it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I complained about my flat being quite cold and they were quite responsive, replacing the heater, which made a huge Sid fenced.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The corner units with windows on multiple sides are a blessing (sunlight) and a curse (very drafty in the winter)
