Family oriented, has plenty of space for kids to play. Limited schools and transport links though as a new development. The stores are a walkable distance and usually offer a wide variety.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Repairs or Maintenance is handled timeously and they responded quickly to requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Transport links , how infrequent these are . How schools in the area have limited space. Otherwise great living area aside from accessibility of schools when moving to the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good aspects is the facts that the shopping is less than 10 minutes away, & the bad aspect is the the limited school access & limited public transport

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have. The outside wall plug was faulty & i logged a ticket. It was fixed in a few days time.

How the shopping complex was easily accessible & accessible to highways is easy.

Amazing place friendly people lots of shops great places for kids walks and dogs. Parking great could not asks for a better place to live or rent

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems raised have been sorted smooth with out any hassles

From start to finish was smooth and the app they use is great

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Whiteley Meadows is great. There are good transport links and the Whiteley shopping centre a short distance away. In the other direction, there’s the little village of Botley and countryside beyond. You’re not far from the sea, or the bigger cities. Parking is decent, usually there are visitor spaces available, and it always feels safe here. The only downside is known well locally - whiteley phone signal is awful!

Yes, every issue has been promptly resolved and done in a good timescale.

The gardens aren’t great - stick to pot plants and don’t waste your money on trying to fix the grass.
