We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Phoenix Quarter, by Barratt Homes, sits in Dartford on the outskirts of London. Comprising of a range of 2 to 4 bedroom houses and apartments, residents here benefit from being less than 40-minute away from London. As well as this, parking spaces and private gardens are on offer at most properties.

VERY BAD MANAGEMENT COMPANY = GEM ESTATE, THEY ARE TAKING OUT MONEY WITHOUT MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY. The interior walls are getting eaten my mould, the door locks are continuously broken and when the elevator breaks, it stays broken for months on end. There is no noise or fly-tipping regulation - it looks like 3rd world out here and the general state of the place is bad to very bad. The apartments are lowest spec, water flow is low because of undersized pipes, you can hear the neighbours when they talk/walk in other flats...

Design is poor with many back alley rat runs that are being used for drug dealing. Inadequate parking for residents a visitors. Ground management is good with cleaning and soft landscaping maintained weekly Quality of build is very poor with so many issues with properties and the amount if customer car vans about each day
