The property is in a fabulous location. It’s a stones throw away from a gorgeous walk along the Thames in to Greenwich. There are plenty of shops, bars & restaurants nearby, as well as good transport links in to Central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not raised any issues with the building management.

How easy the walk in to Greenwich is.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amenities are very good - Waitrose is a short riverside walk, and there are plenty of local grocers on Deptford high street too. The train station is only ten minutes away, and DLR fifteen, with an extensive bus network meaning this is excellent for travel in London. With a popular area this close to central London comes very crowded transport, but as expected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The only time I have engaged directly to the management company was to clarify a bill, and that was dealt with appropriately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Having an open view rather than looking directly on to another apartment block has been much more impactful than I had initially thought. This is a relatively small development and that has been great.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building itself is modern, but the area around it needs a little improvement. I like the fact that it is close to all amenities but it gives the feeling of intimacy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that concierge service makes your life so much easier when it comes to receiving parcels!

I like everything, the area is good and there are great views.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not raised any problems or issues, everything is going well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have done a deep research about the area and I was well informed about the developer.

Like -The views are very nice, it is a quiet area Dislike- the council

I was surprised with the location, easy access to city centre, good amenities.
