- very central - good connections - lots of restaurants - good park and cafe - some occassional noise and smoking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response was very prompt and the issues were solved.

Sometimes the community is noisy and park gets dirty.

The location is excellent, Elephant Park is such a nice area, the restaurants are good quality and varied. The medium sized sainsbury’s is very conveniently located 1 minute away. The transport links are also fantastic, you could go anywhere from Elephant & Castle using tube, train, bus or even walking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have fixed 3 different things in the flat already. I raised maintenance requests and the next day someone was at my door to have a look and fix any problems. I was satisfyied with the service

Because of all the plants in the park and the frequent rain, there are rats that hang around in the bushes so you could spot them when you walk around the narrow pats in Elephant park.

The area is great and just gets better, many restaurants, pubs, etc around. Great park (elephank park) and good if you have dogs and kids

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slow to respond, need to follow up multiple times to get an answer/resolution

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

nothing major, and I am happy with most of it... just need management to act harder on some issues, especially with neighbours not following the property policy (loud parties, loud music, etc)

The apartment's location offers unparalleled convenience to local amenities. Its proximity to key destinations makes exploring a breeze. Inside, the apartment is beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained. The spacious layout provides ample room for relaxation and entertainment. It truly offers a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Concerns via their website and the team would manage it depending on the priority request

They are open to viewing , and very welcoming they have a demo room prepared if needed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is very close to Tube stations and has many bus connections, but it is very busy and noisy. There are lots of people going up and down the road outside so it is not very peaceful. There are lots of food options nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very prompt to respond to issues and will fix them without complaint.

I wish I’d known how stressful it was to live in the area.
