Walking distance to local pubs and restaurants walking distance to cheddington train station very nice local shop

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly to almost constantly having to write emails or numerous phone calls

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of site managers response

Cheddington is an extremely nice village with 2 family friendly pubs and a local shop. The village itself is also within 50 minutes of London Euston by Train. Finally Cheddington is 25m from the M1 and M25 as well as 10 minutes from neighbouring towns of Tring and Leighton Buzzard.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Customer Support team have been on-hand to deal with any issues in very timely manner, as the development and number of residents has grown this has understandingly declined.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Prior to moving in I wish we had have had more insight on our outdoor space as well as how the outdoor space is maintained within the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good bus service to largest local town. Mainline railway station just outside village - fifteen minute walk. Two very good pubs and village shop. Excellent Primary School and play area. Various village societies. Efficient bin collection. Little traffic noise away from the High Street which can be quite busy. Very few anti-social problems.

The number of snagging matters which are being dealt with but it would have been better if they hadn’t occurred

What is the best feature of your home:

The design including our own designated kitchen layout. The rural outlook is beautiful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely friendly village close to Tring and Leighton Buzzard. Village shop, 2 nice pubs, village school, tennis club, Scout group and village hall. Train station with hourly trains to Euston and up to Birmingham.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Promises of making good any build issues within weeks is totally untrue. Poor site management and customer services. Unable to coordinate work that needs to be done and jobs are often left part finished for weeks, and the home you are living in left without sinks, flooring etc

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would have refused to complete until issues with my new home were completed to a satisfactory standard.

Lovely property in a stunning area. Also very friendly building staff on site very accommodating.

Very well built and maintained. Competent management on site.
