Good nice perfect structure is good condition amazing style , the house respect all designed and style very comfortable and warm . Area it’s brilliant not noisy no problem no dangerous , perfect for family and couples, not far for train stations and City centre.

Some building quality issues like a tile missing in the roof. It will be a serious problem in the future. Lending company has been informed but no action has been taken. Some of the things like kitchen cabinets or latches are very low quality too

The development area is quiet, current building works excepted, and is within easy reach of the city centre and the train station. The house itself is a good size, with plenty of room for a home office. I especially like that the master bedroom occupies the entire top floor, and is therefore separated from the rest of the house. The house has been easy to keep warm through winter, and lets in lots of sunlight during the daytime.

The apartments have a grand design from the outside and offer a communal garden area, but the only issue is this is facing out onto the main road. The interior is very nice offering spacious living and for me personally, an open plan kitchen and living which is great for all sorts and having guests over. The layout is good, whilst only a few minor oddities in the placement of certain things, but a great point is the ventilation throughout the place which keeps things feeling more fresh on a daily basis. The communal hall way is kept super clean most of the time, this only issue I would say is that the management service can be rather slow to respond when you have a major issue, thus direct calling is the best option. This being said, the marketing staff are very helpful if you have any immediate issues.

Our property is amazing for a small-ish family, descent sized garden and a big kitchen for cooking lovers. If set up properly can almost feel open plan. Ensuite is very nice with powerful extraction fan. Management is good but that's because its a new build so no need to phone as we can just pop over to the reception and inquire, 3 toilets is always convenient too.
