Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's still very noisy due to all of the construction vehicles. Area is good with shops nearby. They could definitely add another green space.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I find the quality of the house in general not very positive. We have a lot of tiny things that need to be repaired. The can use a little higher quality things in the house - bathtub, shower, paint. Some bits look cheaply done - skirting boards are going yellow and we have not even been in the house for a year. Even though we take good care of our property it just looks really warn after just 10 months on the house and that is because of the low quality of materials they use to build it.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the size of our kitchen/dining room. We also enjoy our back garden.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to local amenities and town centre. Living in my street is very noisy at the present due to ongoing construction, hopefully it will be finished soon.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

*Size of Bedrooms too small and Garden too small * There is also no playground area for kids, have to walk to the nearest park

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious living room and kitchen. I particularly love the bay window in the living room, it brings so much light into the room

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We liked the overall result and quality of our home, as well as how friendly everyone was to work with. We did not like the unrealistic expectation of the move-in date we were initially provided with. However, every concern, question, or request we have had was met with professionalism and courtesy. We felt very welcomed by all staff from the very beginning. I must say that we really appreciated the customer service that a young man at office (Bradley) gave us. He is a credit to Allison.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Get professional snagging done as you will miss a lot of things like we did. Now we are spending a lot of money to fix things that should have been done to a good standard as part of the build.

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan in the kitchen and diner. Large sitting room

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good local shops just a 10 min walk and 20 min walk into town. Good local schools just a short walk. No traffic noise. Lovely neighbourhood.

I would of like to of known how much the garden will slope towards the house.

What is the best feature of your home:

Good size living room but love that the dining room is separate to kitchen.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are very close to all amenities and transport links which is GREAT! The area is generally quiet and The neighbours are lovely people. Parking is however starting to be somewhat of a problem with residents starting to park on the road which in future appears to be an even bigger challenge once all houses have been constructed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there was going to be a lot of dust from the ongoing construction of other houses that were going to continue to be built

What is the best feature of your home:

The bathrooms are a very good size and there is plenty of space
