We’ve experiences several repairs for the same issues, then several inspections to say the same thing, several no shows at appointments... and I’ve loss a number of my holiday days staying in to resolve. Here are a few; * Kitchen cabinets not lined up * Front path not installed correctly * Patio door stiff * Walls uneven * Sinking garden * Scratched toilet seat, sink and shower tray * Scratched oven and sink * Dented extractor fan * Amtico flooring had to be repaired several times * Poor painted handrails * Loose handrails * Crack electric box in garden * Light switch upside down * Paintwork downstairs toilet * Loose steps treads on stairs * Door not trimmed correctly for main bathroom * Marks on front door * Ceilings and walls plaster board covered in cracks from drops. * Water pooling on driveway * Gas flu not sealed – took 6 months to resolve * Carpets delaminated – took 9 months and eventually whole house was replaced * Mouldy garage - took months for them to agree to resolve. * Creaking floors - 12 months ongoing issue... multiple inspections and several attempts to resolve. * pipe leak and damage to all floors - ongoing. No apology for all the work we have had to do to resolved and mess to clear.
