Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Because we live in Zone 2 and are walking distance to many other central neighborhoods, we really enjoy North 7. Public transport has many options and we have a lot of shops around. It’s a very nice urban area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they were very helpful. Thanks for all their support during the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no car park but lots of parking space for bikes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: great area, close to previous address, close to transport links, set back from the road so no traffic noise issues Bad: anti social behaviour, parcels going missing, youths making their way up to top floors, no parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we had a few issues when we moved in and a few things have gone wrong since but they are always fixed quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How long it would take for the rest of the building work to finish after we moved in and the fact there would be no gate into the development

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

good aspects are definitely the convenience - lots of groceries and supermarket around the area. bad aspect would be a slightly further walk to the tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

not bad. the customer services team is efficient and dealt with emails fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the construction which only ended in january blocked the entire louis close entrance which made deliveries difficult and even moving in all the initial furniture could only be done during weekends.
