If you like shopping and eat out, or need to move around by public transport, New Vic is superb. Its central location is simply unbeatable. Soundproofing is great, hardly any noise issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responsive, though we don't have any significant issues so far.

This is my first time to Manchester, and was a bit lost when start looking for an apartment. The viewing experience of New Vic is simply unmatchable because of Abbeygail Payne. She's responsible, knowledgeable and very professional. In particular, Abbeygail's responsiveness and capability has far exceeded our expectations, which is phenomenal by all standards. We are so lucky that our leasing is in good hands.

Close to all the activities in city center. Some apartments are close to victoria station as well so may hear train station announcements

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within 48 hrs maintenance requests are filled. Maintenance staff is friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bin chutes dont work so you have to travel down to the bin room. Resident events get booked very quickly

New Vic is the place to live when you want to fall out of your front door and be in the thick of it. That said, the soundproofing is amazing so unless you need your windows open, you wouldn’t know. There is secure on site parking, and great transport links. Most of the time the bin chutes are out of order, which would bother me if I was a woman living alone as the bin storage room is a little unnerving.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, maintenance issues are responded to in a timely fashion, so long as they are reported to the right people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The cinema room is almost impossible to book, unless you know where you’re going to be three months in advance. They do open it to walk-ins at midnight, but this doesn’t work for some (I’m not a night owl!)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops are within a 2 minute walk, train station also very close, however the noise is blocked out in the apartment. Endless shops and restaurants near by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If any issues people would be sent up to check it usually within the same week. They always help give you a solution and are very understanding

Nothing I felt all my questions were answered before I had moved in

Living at The New Vic has been an absolute delight! The state-of-the-art building and top-notch amenities contribute to a living experience that's both comfortable and convenient. It's located right by Victoria Station, so it is very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are always quick to respond to maintenance issues.

Manchester always rains! Bring your umbrella! The people are super nice in Manchester though!
