Incredible building and everyone we bring to visit says it’s like a 5 star hotel as you walk in. The team are all so friendly and helpful and put on really fun events and give free things out so makes it such an enjoyable experience living here. We have the most stunning view from our balcony of the whole city and I don’t think I could have had a better flat. The balcony’s big and has enough room for a sunlounger and seating to sit and eat dinner on.

Couldn’t be in a better location. The tram and train station is a 2 minute walk and you are no more than a 10 min walk into all the bars and resteraunts in manchester. Perfect place to live and so easy to get around. The windows are soundproof so in winter it’s very quiet in summer it can be abit noisy with windows open at night but you get used to it. I feel safe walking around here too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Been very helpful and always communicated with us any issues and made sure to fix asap.

I don’t have any I was told everything I think I needed to know.

The area is perfect. A very short distance from the closest shopping centre, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Next door to train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintance issues have been addressed quickly and in a timely manor

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we wouldn’t have working bin chutes. Such a large rent increase.

The general interior design and aesthetic of the build is gorgeous, it feels like stepping into a luxurious hotel. The quality however is lacking in areas. For example, the paint work throughout the apartments is cheap and very easy to mark (almost chalk like). The hot water on the bath never gets hot enough. Whilst the facilities seem brilliant, if you are basing your rental decision on this I would think again. With so many residents, it’s near impossible to book any of the facilities (cinema, kitchen, event room). The gym is great and has high tech equipment but can also get very busy and lacks some general equipment. If you’re an avid gym goer, you would still need a membership elsewhere. The maintenance team are very helpful and quick to do call outs, the management staff are good too. There were a lot of teething problems when we moved in, such as bad smells in the apartment, issues with water pressure and bin chutes. However, as the building is two years old these seem to have been resolved. There are numerous events each month hosted by the management team and there is a lovely community feel. Overall, it is a nice place to live based on location and newness of apartments, but it is lacking in areas and therefore isn’t a 5 star living experience.

Ideal location - central and easy access to all shops the city centre has to offer. Excellent transport links too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are generally good with quick response times - no issues or complaints with the management team.

How difficult it would be to book the facilities. The resident events are great and it has good co working space

The good thing is that there are supermarkets near the area, food and a bus stop. One bad thing could be noise from the train station but is not that bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I had problema with my fridge and they managed to help with with it.

I was going to need different curtains from the ones are already at my flat
