Next to Victoria. Lots of people. Lots of noise. Bins often full. Lots of anti social behaviour, disturbed people.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They ignore emails. poor communication. Poor organisation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The trespassing into flats. The noise from the flats above.

Area is very close to the main shopping centre. Same with the train station and bus station. It’s probably the best place to live in Mk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Send them a message on the app, they respond within a day. Book an appointment with whatever issue you have within a week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew all the spaces in the apartment close at 11.

Great location. Easy to access the train station and city centre. Parking is plentiful. Rarely any noise or disruption other than the odd police siren from the nearby police station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very prompt. There are initial teething issues as with any development but I don’t have any complaints

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise that comes from the ground floor gym. It travels up the building. I’m on the 4th floor and I can hear it. That is something that is frustrating

-10 min walk to the train station - Easy access to the city centre/mall less than 10 mins walk - Fairly quiet and opposite to the police station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes issues raised are still unresolved unfortunately so it’s been very frustrating and tainted my overall experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building quality really poor. Not conducive for long term living and clearly a lot of the works being done are an after thought. No proper insulation extremely cold in winter and extremely hot in spring/summer months.

Good area, close to all necessary amenities (train station, supermarkets, bars, etc). Not to bad road noise are houses are pretty wel noise insulated.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes swiftly, although some problems (such as the draft in windows) have not been resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better view of my current flat, although was impossible at the time as the building was not yet finished.
