Area is very accessible. Transport links to everywhere out of town with two big train stations around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. But without any resolution and told to just accept how it is.

Management handling the building. Everything working as expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice design aesthetics for the whole building. The management does a great job of developing a community feel for the development. Great gym as well. The only downside is the closed-off bin chutes

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They can sometimes be indecisive and make excuses rather than resolving issues straight away, but they are attentive and usually respond quickly when problems are raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the lack of bin chutes before moving in, as it makes waste disposal less convenient than expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: Opposite police station, walking distance to the train station, ample public parking spaces at affordable rates, spaces well maintained, clean and safe, shopping mall & Sainsbury’s only 3 mins drive away Bad: No complaints whatsoever, except that you might struggle to get around if you don’t drive, which is basically any place outside London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was one issue with our balcony window which they took a while to fix . They apologised and compensated me for the delay which was a big surprise .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Dog walking areas were limited but it was not really a big issue for us
