We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

New Capital Quay is a £300 million riverside development on a peninsula in Greenwich. Galliard Homes took on the UK launch of the development in 2013, with many properties available as part of the Help to Buy scheme. The development is made up of several blocks of different sizes, including a flagship curved tower on the end of the peninsula, with the River Thames on three sides. New Capital Quay is a five-minute walk from Greenwich town centre and a ten-minute walk from Greenwich DLR and mainline rail station.

Property not managed at all well its dirty and poorly maintained Repairs not done or done very badly. Managed by people that are at best useless. I could not possibly put into words how bad Hyde housing really are. As for parking for visitors there isn't any at all.

Overall, very nice and friendly area. Close to tube and trains Great area for walks by river, markets and Greenwich park The people are friendly and everyone is easy to get on with. The staff at Waitrose are very welcoming and its great to have such a large shop on your doorstep

The apartment building is always clean, the apartment itself is laid out well, each room has adequate space. The high ceilings and window balcony ensure that the living space is nice and bright. Our balcony has views of the river Thames which is so special. The apartment tends to be quiet, we don't hear much noise from our neighbours. The security that patrol the complex are incredibly friendly as are the concierge team. When ever we've needed a repair carried out the property management team have been quick to action.

The building is in good condition. Neighbours are fine, lacks a few facilities. No garden unfortunately. The views are nice, we're living on the sea front and it's lovely. The train connections into central aren't the easiest, the tube is the way to go.

This is a lovely place to live with so many thinks to see and visit?. The security is good but my only issue is the energy provider sucks. You cannot change your energy provider d For 25years which means that you will be stuck with the one that sign their contract with the housing association an they are very expensive.New buildings with good facilities.
