Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being so closed to the city centre is very advantageous. It’s a 15 min walk plus the bus stop is right outside.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Safety and crime rate of the area where the development is located
What is the best feature of your home:
Best feature is the location and design of houses.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops located in walking distance , including Lidl. Direct transport links to Salford shopping centre, Manchester and Bury. You can walk to Manchester City centre in 25 minutes. Every property has a drive way although commuters travelling to Manchester have started using the streets to park their cars. The street is quiet, everyone keeps themselves to themselves.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Before moving in I would have liked to of had more knowledge about the lease and ground rent.
What is the best feature of your home:
Kitchen- large bright space which leads onto a good sized garden. Good utility space, I would say the only thing lacking is worktop space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I live on oriel Gardens and have lived here for over 12 years from the very start of new broughton being built its a good area for schools and transport links to Manchester/bury/Eccles all just a bus ride away ,it's generally a very quiet area no trouble ever ,bins get emptied no problem, traffic noise is very good ,local shops quite convenient there's a nisa open till 10pm barbers/fruit and veg/chemist/pound + what basically sells everything from pots and pans-diy-food-beauty products/there's a Turkish takeaway, the only real problem in my street are the street lights don't work and haven't been fixed for over 2 years and have been reported numerous times. I would certainly recommend the area overall quite a nice place to live also got a church and park right on the door step
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
If I'm honest compared to my old street there's not a lot of community spirit people don't mix like they use to but I think that's how it is now people just stick with themselves and not generally mix
What is the best feature of your home:
The area/location very handy with the local shops and even a lidl supermarket within walking distance there's a health center near by also

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Close to local shops/pubs and parks so lots to do in the daytime, generally nice aria with not much disturbances at night from local residence or traffic noise, enough parking for everyone out front with extra added on. Close to local transport links and the perfect out of city center distance from Manchester but still walkable
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is nothing that comes to mind really! The gates don't work on the entrance to the community so one is left open all the time and one is constantly shut but that's about it
What is the best feature of your home:
Big spacious kitchen/dining room that opens straight up onto the garden along with a garage that opens from the front and the back making it ideal for hosting friends/family

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops and amenities in vicinity. Walking distance to city centre. Good links to public transport and bus stops close to estate. No problems encountered with bin collections. Very little traffic noise. Lots of people have started to park on the estate to commute into town, making the street quite cramped with vehicles.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we had more understanding about the lease hold clauses.
What is the best feature of your home:
The light spacious kitchen and large back garden spac.
