Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The neighbourhood is great! Very close to city centre and Cabot Circus and Castle Park. Lots of transport options with various bus and train stations nearby. It's a bit noisy and crowded though for the same reasons and also because its next to a fire staion.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are a bit slow in responding but they eventually solve the problem.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Very good neighbourhood, close to whatever we need.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspect of living in Millrights place is that it is a newly built and well designed apartment. Has very good amenities, I’m using the gym and the dining hall most. I appreciate that there is not more space but having one more treadmil could be better specialy during high demand periods like cold season. Or if there could be an option on the app to book the treadmil as it cannot be shares with others at the same time. I had experience of the times I went to the gym and because both treadmils were in use, I came back home. The only bad aspect of living here is the fire alarm from the fire station which I find very disturbing specialy overnight! I wake up every single time they’re going out for the mission. Also no parking availability during weekend is a problem as our guests need to drive around and around to find a place to park their car, if they’re lucky. Also I wanted appreciate the very good reception staff we’ve got. All of them are very friendly, polite and happy to help all the time. I know Ryan for a bit longer than the other lovely ladies and I felt sad when I heard that he is moving to another building. He is a star and he has always been helpful with any request we’ve raised. I wanted to take this moment to thank him for his fabulous customer service.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, once I lost my keys. They have been very helpful and provied me a new set of key in less than an hour which was very convenient although the cost was a lot!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known this building is located next to the fire station which is the only cons of it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is great to live in, the city centre is walking distance, many bus stops and the train station is only a 6-7 minute walk. The street is not at all noisy and it’s quite peaceful. Although there aren’t alot of grocery shops near by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s always been quick ans they’ve provided temporary solutions to urgent issues as well.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I like the events the team throws for guests, it’s a great way to interact and get to know people in the building especially when you’re new to the city or living alone.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My comments: -Reception staff didn’t have any fob for me to get into the parking space! -Reception staff didn’t activate my car registration so that I can get into the parking space (I went to Finzles Reach office myself to finish everything) -It’s been more than a week & both heaters are not working in our apartment & not fixed yet (it seems we need to wait for one month at least & adapt to the cold winter without any heating system!!!)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Unfortunately no, I don’t know how long I need to wait for them to fix both heaters in my apartment!?
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I don’t if the problem is with the “process” or “people” or both!!!? You need to be professional enough to manage the property in the right way.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its generally very quiet and the front desk is lovely when you are a person with disability. But, the weekends can get noisy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have all in all been very responsive. Things have to be in stock though.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The noise level with both the fire station and the bar, especially on weekends can be horrible. I also feel that the accessible flats should not have been built right next to the fire station.
