My comments: -Reception staff didn’t have any fob for me to get into the parking space! -Reception staff didn’t activate my car registration so that I can get into the parking space (I went to Finzles Reach office myself to finish everything) -It’s been more than a week & both heaters are not working in our apartment & not fixed yet (it seems we need to wait for one month at least & adapt to the cold winter without any heating system!!!)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unfortunately no, I don’t know how long I need to wait for them to fix both heaters in my apartment!?

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t if the problem is with the “process” or “people” or both!!!? You need to be professional enough to manage the property in the right way.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Its generally very quiet and the front desk is lovely when you are a person with disability. But, the weekends can get noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have all in all been very responsive. Things have to be in stock though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise level with both the fire station and the bar, especially on weekends can be horrible. I also feel that the accessible flats should not have been built right next to the fire station.

Great location, I love walking around, very close to parks and shops, the river is nearby which is cool to walk along too. There is no lack of coffee shops and cafes, quaint pubs are writhing 10 min walk

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is ok, concierges are lovely, especially Olivia and Rayan. They are friendly and create good atmosphere.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

For people new to the city, this type of building is honestly one of the best options. It’s very close to public transport and shops, which makes daily life easier. While there has been a noticeable increase in people struggling with addiction in the city centre, the area around the building still feels relatively safe.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

What I liked most about staying here was the overall experience—the building’s interior design is modern, stylish, and really well thought out. It gives a fresh, clean feeling that makes the space very pleasant to live in. However, there were a couple of things I didn’t enjoy. First, a receptionist has been quite mean to me for no clear reason, even though I’ve always been polite to them. It’s made me feel uncomfortable passing through the front desk area. Secondly, there seem to be a lot of flying insects around—perhaps because the building is close to the river.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues I raised were addressed very promptly. It’s clear that the staff are always willing to help, even with small things, which makes everything feel efficient and reassuring. It’s really helped build my trust in the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d like to ask about the rent changes for next year—whether there will be any increase or decrease. I’m also hoping to understand the availability of flats in the building, as I’m currently looking to move into a one-bedroom unit here. However, I’ve been told that it can’t be reserved more than two months in advance. I’m a bit concerned that if I wait too long, the rent might go up or there may not be any units left to rent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is the most beautiful thing about my apartment. Everything is nearby, markets, cafes bus stops. The city cemter is 5 minutes walk away. The street is quite even though it is right in the center and therw is a fire station next to the apartment. Totally livable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah. I had a heating problem and they fixed it in a day.

I wish I had the balcony view apartment. Only that. I would have moved here if I needed to move again
