Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

What I liked most about staying here was the overall experience—the building’s interior design is modern, stylish, and really well thought out. It gives a fresh, clean feeling that makes the space very pleasant to live in. However, there were a couple of things I didn’t enjoy. First, a receptionist has been quite mean to me for no clear reason, even though I’ve always been polite to them. It’s made me feel uncomfortable passing through the front desk area. Secondly, there seem to be a lot of flying insects around—perhaps because the building is close to the river.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issues I raised were addressed very promptly. It’s clear that the staff are always willing to help, even with small things, which makes everything feel efficient and reassuring. It’s really helped build my trust in the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d like to ask about the rent changes for next year—whether there will be any increase or decrease. I’m also hoping to understand the availability of flats in the building, as I’m currently looking to move into a one-bedroom unit here. However, I’ve been told that it can’t be reserved more than two months in advance. I’m a bit concerned that if I wait too long, the rent might go up or there may not be any units left to rent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is the most beautiful thing about my apartment. Everything is nearby, markets, cafes bus stops. The city cemter is 5 minutes walk away. The street is quite even though it is right in the center and therw is a fire station next to the apartment. Totally livable

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah. I had a heating problem and they fixed it in a day.

I wish I had the balcony view apartment. Only that. I would have moved here if I needed to move again

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is incredibly convenient — public transport is frequent and reliable, and there’s a great mix of shops, cafes, and outdoor areas nearby. It’s easy to get around whether you’re commuting or just running errands. The community feels relatively safe and peaceful. However, street parking is scarce, and during busy hours, it can be tough to find a spot. Also, while amenities are within reach, the variety of services could be better, especially in the evenings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is approachable and courteous, and they always respond to enquiries in a timely way. They do follow up on issues, and while the service is generally reliable, some delays can occur — particularly with maintenance, which can take several days. Still, their communication is good and they make an effort to keep residents informed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful to know how limited the on-site parking is — it’s not guaranteed, and finding a space nearby can be tricky. I also wish I had known more about the gym, as it’s very basic and might not meet everyone’s expectations. These are things that aren’t always obvious during a viewing but can affect day-to-day convenience once you’ve moved in.

These are mostly ok, pretty standard stuff. It's conveniently located in the middle of the town so that helps.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty slow. There is an app but for the most part doesn't work very well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

9months in, I found out some people where offered a 6 months tenancy instead of the 12, which if I was offered in the beginning would have made me change my overall planning

I love our place, the location is perfect, very close to everything we need. The neighborhood is stress free. The management of our building is also 100/10, such a lovely area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely perfect. The app is so easy in using, the management response is very quick.

Nothing special. We had all the needed information before we moved in.
