Good quality houses and best utilisation of space

They have respond quickly and efficiently and try to solve the issues in a quick manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I could have seen it’s showroom house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely and quiet, there are nice places to go for walks in the nature reserve just next to the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded well and effectively to any issues and we are able to contact the site manager at any time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had been able to see other homes on the site before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Love being such a short drive to the motorway and 2 big supermarkets. Middleton town centre is a short drive too but doesn’t have much going on, especially in terms of restaurants and shops. There’s no immediate access to the metro link but the bus stop is a minute away and gets into Manchester in 20 minutes which is great for work

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly. All our snags were dealt with efficiently

Take time to understand your home. I.e how the boiler works, heating systems etc. Rather than trying to learn when you need sometjjjg soo g quickly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love the house...the area...Elan homes are the best houses honestly...everything is on point...My family and I are living happily in our house . We are only 5 steps away from the town centre where most of the shops are and the bus station...we are 2 minutes away from the bus stop. There are restaurants, barbershop, we love Chinese food so it's a plus 1 on that

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and efficient to respond...very good...always ready to help whenever we ask for help...excellent services and workers

Never thought we would be living so peaceful and happy

Close to motorway

Yes dealt with effectively any issues were dewltn within 7 days.
