We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The house is lovely, parking spaces and bin storage, the area is very desirable and property prices have increased over 20% in 4 years The house layout is very good and 5 years later the fixtures and fittings are still in good condition and they still look great

We very much like the development, we enjoy been tucked away at the back though, which was our choice. The building management and their fees has been a bit of a bug bear as we've only just begun to see anything been done for the high annual fees were charged. For 2.5 years we looked into unfinished wasteland which got out of control.

All houses are well designed and a number of different choices, facilities and ground management however leaves a lot to be desired. Road finishing off is still not complete and workmen turn up but do not finish leaving roads and paths in a state then not appearing again for weeks on end.

Overall building construction was good but the after sale service could be so much better. They will try to push really hard not to do something, delaying the work as much as possible so less and less work could be done within the agreed 2 years of looking after you. Construction industry was never shut in covid but they have used it from beginning to complete work. Miller's hasn't even extended the after sale service duration to compensate the covid, which any company if they were user focused would have done. Even insurance industry refunded people for not driving their car in lock down.

The designs of the house are really nice and the houses all fit nice on the street. There’s a site down road that are building some shops so that should also be good when they are done. The roads are a little bit noisy at times as we have the hospital up the road and we are always hearing sirens.
