We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

I like the design of the building, the hallways look great, however the fire escape stairs could do with making look a bit better. Originally they were complexly bare until I complained and then they got painted. But they still are not perfect. The vast majority of delivery drivers do not deliver parcels to the front door of the residents, instead they leave them in the porch area in plain view of people on the street through true glass door. I among other resident have had their parcels go missing. I can only assume that someone either in the block is stealing them, or someone is gaining access and stealing them from the porch area. The building management team were good when I first moved in, and they helped us move in by answering our various questions. Our managing agent - First port however have increased the service charge by over £300 per year since we originally moved in and this has been very frustrating. My main company at the moment is the underground car park. There has been multiple faults with the gre which has meant that a se hurry guard has had to guard 24/7. Also it is extremely dusty in the car park, within 3 days of my car being down there it is coated in a thick layer of dust, which forces me to clean my car over twice a month to keep it clean. I would hope that there are plans to tarmac the floor of the car park, which should help with the shear problem.

The building is very good quality. I love the thickness of the doors and the quality in general. I would have liked an upgrade but it was too late for me. I think management is good, but the service charges are on higher and and variable. But generally, excellent

Good development but extremely heavy service charges that do not seem justified. Good building management with regular cleaning of the communal arras and state of the bin storage room but as these are the minimum expected service, in our opinion service charge is too high. (Given there is no concierge etc)

well designed and robust build quality. The finishing is really high touch and they use good components that will last a lifetime. Only criticism is the balcony design, which allows water to seep through from balcony above during rainy weather. We’re also happy with the ventilation system, which automatically reduces moisture

I feel it’s largely well-designed. The facilities are perfectly functional, albeit a bit basic. Private parking is great although there are frequent water leaks. The cleaning and waste disposal is routine and reliable. Aside from that, I have received great after-care from the developer Barratt but communication with the development’s management company is a little less efficient.
