We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Package area could be more secure, more bin space is needed maybe even having 2 locations. I like how the second part is along side the road so it’s cancels any noise. Apart from that it has everything you need / I don’t use parking so that would be na

I've been in the flat in Middlesex House since 2020 and it at that point it had just been built. It has largely kept its modern design. It has gated private parking at the back (monthly fee). Building & Property management has improved in terms of response to repairs, e.g. lift out-of-service, cleanliness of hallways and stairs). I wished though that there was a concierge. Because the development is in a cul-de-sac, property management needs to invest in street lighting. Often in the night, it can get quite dark in that street.

Design - modern flats with a neutral tone, i love the hardwood floors and the terrace (for some flats) Facilities - apart from parking, there's not much in terms of facility. However, i don't think it needs extra facilities because there's a few already around the area (e.g. gyms) Building Management - I think the building manager I once knew is no longer around, I haven't encountered or interacted with the replacement. Building remains generally clean. Although, the lift easily gets dirty. Property Management - I think the entrance on Spring Villa Road can do a little but more cleaning

The building has been refurbished to very high standards with good quality materials and white goods however due to the large number of people living in this development (around 170 flats), the building is always dirty. A lot of the people that live here are not considerated and make no effort to keep it clean and presentable. Rubbish everywhere and outside the building too, not to mention the amount of dog poo you find every morning when you step out of the building. With so many units/people in each floor, it gets very noisy as well as many don't have any respect for their neighbours playing loud music until late and causing disturbances that in many cases need to be dealt with by the police.

Very modern and nice. The place is very modern and the furnitures were all new and trendy. The floor is very fragile though. I would be very careful when moving things in the flat. Don’t wear hills! Generally it’s very convenient for a person to live in this studio.
