Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

General location is good, 5 minute walk from Greenwich station with a Tesco Express and Co-op nearby.. However, development itself is set back from Greenwich High Road which is a complete mess due to endless building works and the Tideway scheme, which isn't scheduled to be complete until 2021. I was once mugged on the way back from the train station so I don't feel particularly safe when walking home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The company that runs the district heating system (SW Energy) are an absolute joke, just look at some of their reviews on Google to get an idea. Terrible prices and unresponsive to queries, and you have no option to switch supplier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Make better use of the courtyard, there's loads of space for more plants and trees.
