I've been happy with the quality and style of my house, and there is a good ammount of storage. In general the quality of the development is good, but the green spaces and paths are very badly managed, and the gravel paths unfit for purpose. The park is also useless for any child over age 5.

Needed to consider better noise proofing on the flats from each other as a down stairs resident I can hear even upstairs walking. How ever the outside of the houses looks great and the plants are very nice that have been planted . Gardens are well kept.

Good design, lovely location just parking needs to be thought about more as 99% of people have 2+ cars Was never told the code for the bin shed / bike stores so that's never been used but bin shed needs more signs and looking after. Kitchen and bathroom and lay out of the flats are great.

Sales executive, Neelam Shah was very helpful from the beginning and helped us with any queries that we had about each house and development. She was of great help throughout the whole process. I’ve reported few snags (like all new homes have) however Bryn Willis, the assistant site manager, was very efficient in fixing these small issues. Overall, extremely happy with my new home in Meridien Fields!

The development is good, the houses are attractive and the gardens surprisingly big. The houses are good quality and the internal design is generally very good. At this time the park has not yet been built. The communal areas have been well maintained.

We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.
