The development is close enough to the city centre to enjoy the vast amounts of restaurants, shops and bars (approx 10mins walk) however the development is surrounded by greenery with the Meadow and Peel Park.

I didn’t appreciate the peel park adjacent to the development until Covid happened and it was a great place to exercise and enjoy.

I genuinely cannot think of anything, I like the property

Nice and quiet area with friendly neighbours and access to the city centre.

Nothing everything was perfect for us in every way.

Benefit is that's its located near town. Close to the park for walks and fresh air. Shops are down the road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues have been taken into action but the response and service of work were always delayed

From new views, it's difficult to know what will happen, it's after living for months then we see the odds. Use the warranty before it's too late

What is the best feature of your home:

The roof-lights in the back of the property and the large kitchen

Not many things for kids locally
