Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is quite convenient, with a good range of shops, cafés, and restaurants as it is in city center. Public transport links are reliable and easy to access. The street is quiet most of the time with no serious noise( except in some evenings)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is mostly supportive and quick to respond whenever we raised a problem. Communication is clear and polite.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the train station is a bit far to walk but it’s still manageable with buses.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A great building in a great location. Not the cheapest but it can afford would 100% recommend to anyone

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised has been sorted within 48 hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy the children can be at times throughout the day. During the summer whilst it was hot we had to keep our windows/balcony door closed just to block out all the noise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location, walking distance to city centre/red funnel/ocean village/convenient shops right around the corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised issues and they have always been very prompt to fixing it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lifts are not always working, so can be a pain if you live on a higher floor and have pushchairs/wheelchairs etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

5 minute walk to the high street/15 min walk to ocean village. Great location however job centre located right next to building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not raised any issues with building management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great location, can get easily Ubers/uber eats etc. lifts were always out of service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

5 min walk to the high street and to Oxford street. Starbucks right next to the water and ferry boat to the Isle of Wight which is again only 5ish min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did not raise any concerns to building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I knew about the lifts always being out of order, would’ve looked for a flat closer to ground floor.
