Great area, not very accessible for disabled but properties are lovely.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Extremely quiet region, no issues with noise. Bin collections weekly changing bins. Parking is a bit awkward due to stupid grass verges instead of a path also makes it less accessible for those in wheelchairs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all issues were quickly resolved and to a high standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Quietness of region and also more support ensuring that garden is better fitted. My grass is extremely bumpy and uneven.

Great houses, awful parking

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There aren’t any nearby shops etc. the nearest is a local Tesco Extra which is a mile away. Grimsby Town Centre is a 25 minute walk away. There are bus stops at the entrance to the development. Bin collections are fortnightly. Parking is fine on the main road for in once you get past the long line of work vans that are forced to park outside the development due to poor parking and Gleesons rules. Most houses have at least one space on their drive way, some have two. The further you go down the main road, the worse the parking gets as the smaller roads do not accommodate for parking other than peoples driveways.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were poor at managing and correcting the majority of problems and we learnt to just correct them ourselves as long as it didn’t leave us out of pocket.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The grass on your front lawn with burn and die every summer as they do not construct the gardens properly and the tarmac destroys it!

Lovely Area

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Unfortunately when I've had defects there's always been issues sorting things out, also wait time to get these errors sorted wasn't the best. But overall its a great location, nice and peaceful, good neighbours (thank god) and its a very nice area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a Leak which ruined the carpet and it needed replacing however it took a good month to sort out by that time all the wood under the underlay had soaked the water up making it a bigger job because of the time it took.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd have known that garden wise it was left just completely blank with soil it just meant an extra expense to sort it out.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to the local shopping centre, a row of small businesses and shops, a big Lidl and a little Tescos. Close to a gym, golf course and the auditorium. Beautiful walks are enjoyed locally , down the river freshney and towards healing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, issues raised have been dealt with. Waiting on one issue to be corrected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how long I’d be waiting for house to be built. Was given an estimated date and 8 months later I still wasn’t in and faced becoming homeless. I knew new builds had delays but never knew it could be that late.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living in this area as it’s off the main road & there is no through road making it a lot more private - you are only down here if you need to be basically. I have had no issues with parking since living here & my bins have always been collected on time. I was worried about the train noise but can hardly hear it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My issues raised were always dealt with very quickly & with fantastic customer care I have never had any complaints!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are a lot of dogs so be mindful of the neighbour noise - but you will feel part of a community
