The area has good transport links. We have a crossrail station 10 minutes. Good connections to get to the nearest shopping towns Ilford and Romford. Two supermarkets near by less than 5 mins in the car. A park near by with a musuem. The house prices are generally low compared to other areas in London

Peaceful and quiet place. I like there’s green space and we haven’t had any problems with security.

Only the problem with the parking and bad management.

I don’t think it has enough bud links, we have supermarket nearby which is good. I don’t like we don’t have parks nearby.

The closed access for the cars, it wasn’t like that before.

Services are all right, security is good, quiet place to live. Not a lot of things to do around but it doesn’t get much to the city centre.

Not really, I lived in the area before and it was was I expected.
