No issues with living in lunts heath

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Improvement- the area is not very well lit . The playground is still closed off even though it’s been built .the house is not very warm or insulated as what they had informed earlier Good- easy check in . The offers that place first had for reservation. And the mini competitions for Halloween and Christmas decorations. Made us feel this was more like a community rather than just a rental

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Place first responds fast . No issues with place first

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Insulation of the house isn’t very good. It’s still very cold and heating is on most of the time. The outside house light turns off very quickly. Appreciate it’s sensored but turns off too quickly and it’s very dark outside the property. Dangerous for kids esp with cars always moving

The area is in a very accessible part of town. With many great local schools nearby including Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’. The local pub/restaurant is only a short walk away and very convenient routes into both Manchester and Liverpool.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, with regards to a dishwasher issue which has now been resolved

In the catchment area for great schools which is ideal

The good, quiet, convenient to shops, motorways and parks. There is a local pub down the road and its very quite considering its location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This has been slow but once they do identify the problem they fix it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it is a very warm area, having moved from Scotland its a lovely change.

This is a lovely area to live in, it is convenient for work in Warrington, the bus stop is just outside the house. There is a very local shop, walking distance. It is quite a busy road at the front, but it is still a quiet area, no problems with noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Jonny has been very helpful with small problems, but the main problem about council tax bands have not been responded to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I thought that the road might have been tarmaced sooner, also I don't think you should have advertised it as council tax band A is it was not true.

The location of this area offers truly convenient access to the M6 motorway, which makes it an excellent and ideal option for commuters looking to travel to various destinations. Furthermore, it boasts a central position strategically located between the larger shopping hubs of Warrington and St Helens, thereby providing a wider selection of both retail stores and dining choices. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the location is a great starting point for walks towards The Dream sculpture, with easily accessible paths. However, it's important to note that the Widnes train line and station are not as active as those in other major towns. On the plus side, the street itself is relatively quiet and friendly, providing a peaceful residential environment. You'll also find a charming little pub just down the road for a relaxing evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since we moved in, the building and property management have been exceptionally responsive. They promptly addressed a minor plumbing issue and assisted with our initial utility questions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were some mixed messaging between what Internet provider/setup was available prior to entry but no real inconveniences caused. It would have been ideal if there was clarity on how to properly and fully setup our solar panels for export registration. This required some additional setup. Our tax band (while it was relatively a new build going under registration) took a rather lengthy 2 months for proper registration.
