Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Public transport links are good, relatively frequent and within a short walking distance. Off road parking is available. Houses have their own driveway. Bins are collected regularly by the council. Traffic noise is low during 'office hours'. A wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants are present locally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Information about the estate management company and annual charges was not readily forthcoming..
What is the best feature of your home:
Fast broadband. Built on the flat with a reasonable sized garden.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good location in terms of food shops and small shops. Takeaway options and restaurants are limited. Living on our street is frustrating when it comes to parking availability as others will leave cars parked outside your house for days. Also a lot more traffic down longhurst avenue as the only road into the site. Social behaviour is generally good but not great. Noisy teenagers use the play park as the equipment isn't really suitable for young children which is should be catered for.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Initially they were quick to resolve issues but now 3 years on we are still waiting for snagging issues raised when we moved in to be fixed
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To spend more time on the initial snagging list. To have conversations put into writing to follow up with when members of staff you have dealt with leave.
