The houses are well-designed and finished to a high standard. Lovell include more finishing touches/ extras as standard; compared to what competitor developments offer. Site management are quick and efficient to respond especially with any outstanding snagging issues. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the site manager and customer care is useful in remedying any problems. Any snags were fixed promptly and aftercare was satisfactory. Overall, the housing development is aesthetically pleasing and functional. I would definitely recommend Lovell to family/friends and would buy another Lovell home in the future.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport links to the motorway and good range of shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away at the Retail Park. The neighbourhood is quiet and provides a welcoming atmosphere. The presence of other families and professionals creates a sense of community. Large open green spaces add to the appeal; offering opportunities for outdoor activities.

Downside- traffic can build up coming out of the estate during busy times. Parking around the estate.

Lovell has been great, always responding swiftly and being helpful when ever called upon. High quality finish to the houses and gardens not small like the other developments. Thanks to the sales team for a super comfortable on boarding process and the after care has been great too

Good - clean area with plenty of things to do. Close to the M4, 30 minutes to Bristol and 20 minutes to Cardiff Bad - traffic can sometimes be a lot if the m4 is closed

The traffic routes to and from the estate are always congested with school parents

What is the best feature of your home:

The garden is spacious and big and I love the colour of the rendering of the property

Design of the houses is great and Lovell are here to help. Chris and the builders are always helpful and have even helped me carry things into my house. It is easy to pop into the office or give them an email and they will be happy to help. Overall the site is well looked after

Parking and traffic is quiet. Easy to get to the motorway and close to the Newport retail park shopping facilities

The noise from the railway and community spirit. The railway I do not hear and the community have a Facebook page which is great

What is the best feature of your home:

The space you get around your home. With your drive and front gardens the houses are well spaced out
