Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall, the area has been pleasant to live in so far. It is generally quiet and feels residential, with useful shops and amenities within a reasonable distance. Parking has been manageable and the street itself is usually peaceful without much traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. Bin collections have been straightforward, although public transport could be a little more frequent and convenient, especially for getting around without a car. There is a decent range of places nearby for everyday needs, but more restaurants, cafés and leisure options locally would be a welcome improvement.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues we have raised have generally been acknowledged and dealt with appropriately. There have occasionally been delays in communication, but once reported, problems have usually been followed up and resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked a little more information beforehand about how some of the utilities, bins and property management processes worked after moving in. Nothing major, but having a clearer move-in guide covering these things would have made the first few weeks easier.
