We haven’t fully moved in as of yet but around us are some shopping places to go to and also we’re pointed out by Awais as to where to visit for local shopping, food and activities around the area. Awais also spoke highly of the neighbourhood and neighbours in the area which has made us feel very welcome considering this is our first house moving into.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When visited Awais noticed there was not any bins, not something we noticed but he picked up on this immediately and rectified this straight away without asking

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would like to know that the property wasn’t supplied without solar panels and also had to fill out an amendment form to add additional fittings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area with lots of easy commute routes. Nice green areas. Very friendly staff with great communication.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have reported a couple of bits such as the shed door not closing and the electric meter door needing repaired which was attended to right away

It would’ve been helpful to understand Which WiFi network to go with

Good location and price of the home was good Family and transport links are local and easy to access

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Just moved in no issues noted as of yet but been informed of how to report them

Everything has been an easy process and moved quickly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the development is very close to local amenities, good transport links, great parking and very good lovely neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not raised any concerns as yet, but any questions I have have always been answered to a good standard
