We are from the area already and it’s a lovely local town to live in! The area also has a great school district.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any issues with the property as it stands.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s nothing we wish to have known about the property prior as all our questions have been answered and we know the area prior to moving here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Priorslee is great, neighbours are great, no shops or transport links as yet because development still being built, great to have own parking space, not much noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sorted within a couple of weeks, had a problem with a socket that blew

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We weren't given any instructions etc on anything, like how to use air source, heating etc but that was because Residency were the company overseeing the move

Great area close to work, street is ok needs some speed monitoring systems in place. Can see open fields from my kitchen window

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ok could be better if I’m honest, some remaining work needing attention

The speed people drive drive down the Main Street, drag racing

No bad things there’s a lot in the area happy with the service ————————————————————————————————————-
