Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The roads are very narrow and no space for parking in the road for visitors. There are no “local” within walking distance shops or restaurants. You really need a car living on this development in order to access local amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lloyds Living are very prompt in responding to property issues and the staff are very helpful. We would like to thank Adam Pittman for his help and advice at our move in appointment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn’t realise how high the bathroom/toilet sinks were and how low the kitchen sink was. Also we were unaware of the water pressure issue on the development.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient area to be in very close to supermarkets and local shops which is great! There’s also lots of bus stops which is great for me as I don’t drive and parking isn’t an issue due to having a driveway and lots of lay-bys near the house which means guests are always able to park which is amazing. The estate is very quiet and neighbours seem kind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised but anytime we’ve needed to contact for anything someone has always been available which is great.

Nothing so happy with the area and the house is a perfect family home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We only collected the keys on Monday 17th and are still living between 2 homes. We are hoping to be in our new property by early September. We have had no issues with parking or the bins, as we haven’t moved in properly we haven’t put our bins out for collection. The roads and surrounding areas look lovely and we can’t wait to move in permanently. We are still waiting for the turf to be laid we have been advised this has over run due to the hosepipe ban.

Quickly and if didn’t know was quick to find a solution

How quickly it all went through. From viewing the property to collecting the keys was done inside 10 days

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal for me as I work at the university and it makes an easy commute. Build quality is good. Lots of parking available

Not applicable due to the fact that I am currently moving in

The kerb to my driveway is a little high however appreciate that once tarmac is laid, it will solve the issue

Really happy with the service provided by Lloyds Living. All questions were answered promptly. Special mention to Adam Pittman for going above and beyond for us

It would be helpful to know the bin days but we appreciate that these do differ
