Outstanding location near to the towns of tickhill and Bawtry in an up and coming area with excellent transport links

It would have been good to know more about the service providers and for refuse bins to be provided

What is the best feature of your home:

Lovely garden and good size bedrooms. Designed for family life

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is hardly any traffic noise however we do have a motorbike and a red car driving on the paths. There is a variety of people living here DWP, pensioners, young families. Amble parking if people choose to be considerate to others. If everyone looks after these houses they will remain beautiful for years. All depends I guess on whether some tenants choose to have pride in where they live x

I was alittle disappointed in the lack of second bedroom fitted wardrobe. On rightmove it misled me as the Morseley demonstrated it did have it.

What is the best feature of your home:

I have a beautiful garden and huge windows for light xx

Everything is convenient and within distance eg road links shops bars etc Very quiet area plenty of parking on the property we chose no problems at all with bin collection etc

All the extras that cropped up last minute that wasn’t told about

What is the best feature of your home:

At the moment the view and just a beautiful house i can’t pinpoint it’s all best feature but overall how open and airy it is

This house is a life changing opportunity for me and my daughter absolutely love it few snagging issues but nothing serious xxxx love it thank you Daniel Burkey has been incredible xx

Drugs on the corner of Trent drive and they have screaming kids but hey can’t have perfection can we xxx clearly they rent it and would hate to see what they are doing too it inside
