Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a wide range of businesses on the local high street a 5 minute walk away, there are good transport links to the main town centres. Unsure of traffic noise and anti-social behaviour as we have only just moved

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t raised any problems or issues so far due to only just moving

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fact that you can’t paint for the first 2 years- as a family with 2 young children who are prone to making accidental marks etc on walls it would have been ideal to know this beforehand

I have just moved into this area so I do not know much about this place at the moment, so I can't comment on this yet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have 1 low priority issue which we have found but we've not jobbed it on fixflo yet as we are in the process of moving in .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bins haven't arrived yet due to council not delivering them. Lloyds have the order but just still waiting so issue hasn't been caused by them.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve had a great experience living in this area. There are plenty of local shops, supermarkets and other amenities close by, making everyday life very convenient. The transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and major roads, making commuting straightforward. The neighbourhood is quiet, clean and friendly, and we’ve always felt safe here. Parking has generally been good, bin collections are reliable, and we’ve experienced very little traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking to move here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As we have only recently moved into the property, we haven’t needed to raise any issues with the building management. However, the move-in process was well organised, communication has been clear, and based on our experience so far, we are confident they would be responsive and helpful if any concerns arise.

As we’ve only recently moved in, there isn’t anything we wish we’d known beforehand. The information provided during the process was clear and helpful, and the move-in experience has been smooth so far.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area itself is wonderful. It feels very posh, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. I really appreciate how green it is, with plenty of trees and beautiful plants everywhere. There are also lots of bins around, which helps keep the neighborhood tidy. On top of that, the location is extremely convenient, with a great selection of local shops nearby and easy access to the train station.

We do not have any problems for nowe so can't answer this

Nothing really we had everything explain to us bfr ne move in

The local area is okay, I have my daughter who lives around the corner so is very convenient for me and there is local shopping close by

We haven’t had any issues yet however fully aware of the processes if do encounter them

I wish I knew about the alteration form that we had to fill out
