The local area is okay, I have my daughter who lives around the corner so is very convenient for me and there is local shopping close by

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any issues yet however fully aware of the processes if do encounter them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the alteration form that we had to fill out

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is lovely and quiet, it is in the middle of big towns and close to cities. Good transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any requests at this time so unable to comment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the amendment form so I could’ve filled it out at an earlier stage.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Several local shops within walking distance, although like many high street a few closed units. Several open spaces good for walking dogs. Excellent transport links with the A1 and M1 motorway links only 10 minutes away. Parking could become an issue as the development has more people moving in, as with most new build development’s.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had to raise any issues so far, however the response via email during the application process and referencing process was excellent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only been in the property since the beginning of this week and everything so far has been as expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Awais Nothing at the moment i have just moved in but the neighbours seem very nice and friendly around me

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Awais had informed us of the sheds which are being fitted by the site manager. And also explained any future development around the area including the park being installed opposite the house and also. However we have not moved in yet properly so will await if there are any further issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had an electric vehicle so o was able to use the EV charger point

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Theres good shops and the people in our close are nice, the area of goldthorpe isn’t the best because of rough people but this area is.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will respond if needed and answer any issues we have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish had known about an ammendment form as we have tvs and framed valuable pictures needed to go up etc.
