We decided to choose this house as it is the best for our family, the living size is perfect, and good size bedrooms, and garden, overall it is what we are looking for. It is fresh and modern. The design is family friendly and is very spacious if you are wanting to expand your family. The garden is perfect for family barbecues and special events. The garage is also a great size and very convenient for extra storage. We like that the house is gas free.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Near my previous home, and family, my son’s school is round the corner. All family and friends are close by. Local pubs and restaurants are friendly and we know local people. They is plenty of shops, barbers etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems yet as just moving in We have been shown everything by shivani and understand how things work

No happy with everything and met all requirements really nice home

Overall, my experience living in this development has been positive. The design of the property is modern, well-planned, and comfortable for everyday living. The facilities provided are adequate and meet the needs of residents, contributing to a convenient lifestyle. The building management team has been responsive and professional, addressing issues in a timely manner and maintaining good communication. Property management has also been efficient, ensuring that the environment remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. While there is always room for minor improvements, I am generally satisfied with the standard of living offered in this development.”

Loving building but toilet is not supposed to be in the kitchen. Some bedrooms small space because of the roof design

No key locks in the bedroom doors. The community is a village
