Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve had a great experience living in this area. There are plenty of local shops, supermarkets and other amenities close by, making everyday life very convenient. The transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and major roads, making commuting straightforward. The neighbourhood is quiet, clean and friendly, and we’ve always felt safe here. Parking has generally been good, bin collections are reliable, and we’ve experienced very little traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking to move here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As we have only recently moved into the property, we haven’t needed to raise any issues with the building management. However, the move-in process was well organised, communication has been clear, and based on our experience so far, we are confident they would be responsive and helpful if any concerns arise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As we’ve only recently moved in, there isn’t anything we wish we’d known beforehand. The information provided during the process was clear and helpful, and the move-in experience has been smooth so far.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area itself is wonderful. It feels very posh, clean, and incredibly well-maintained. I really appreciate how green it is, with plenty of trees and beautiful plants everywhere. There are also lots of bins around, which helps keep the neighborhood tidy. On top of that, the location is extremely convenient, with a great selection of local shops nearby and easy access to the train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We do not have any problems for nowe so can't answer this

Nothing really we had everything explain to us bfr ne move in

The local area is okay, I have my daughter who lives around the corner so is very convenient for me and there is local shopping close by

We haven’t had any issues yet however fully aware of the processes if do encounter them

I wish I knew about the alteration form that we had to fill out

Area is lovely and quiet, it is in the middle of big towns and close to cities. Good transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any requests at this time so unable to comment.

I wish I knew more about the amendment form so I could’ve filled it out at an earlier stage.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Several local shops within walking distance, although like many high street a few closed units. Several open spaces good for walking dogs. Excellent transport links with the A1 and M1 motorway links only 10 minutes away. Parking could become an issue as the development has more people moving in, as with most new build development’s.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had to raise any issues so far, however the response via email during the application process and referencing process was excellent.

Only been in the property since the beginning of this week and everything so far has been as expected.
