Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops are easy to get to. There are several good restaurants including pizza, burgers, fish and chips, Indian and Thai. The nearest station is Farncombe which is free to park for commuting but is about a 20 minute drive away. You can also get to Guildford in a similar time. I haven’t seen any ASB here, the bins are collected on time, there is sufficient lighting and minimal traffic noise. There is a one stop shop a few minutes just outside the development which is very convenient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We found that once living in the house, the noise travels through the walls and doors. We don’t know whether it is to do with the fact it is a town house design, but we feel more insulation could be fitted to reduce sound travelling through the walls etc.

The general detail and quality of the build and the size of the garden

Location is perfect for the local village and there is a shop 5 minutes walk from us that is open until late every day which is ideal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All go through a complaints procedure. They do however like to tell you things are delayed because of covid.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we read reviews on both the developer and housing association before moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's a small OneStop very close, 15-20 minute walk from Sainsbury's and town centre. There's also close to a bus station. There are good size parking available, bin collection is regularly, it's a quiet pe except some very noisy activities on Tuesday morning between 4 and 5 in the morning at the nearby deposit.

So far everything is quite good. Very close to the high street, which is great. There is also the downs link for long walks.

Location, location location. Can beat Leighwood fields . close to the main shopping areas and then Knowle Park and open park under development next to our doorstep . Transport although not on a Rail link, quick access to Guilford via excellent bus services and then we have the Downs Link, great for cycling and walking Could one ask for more
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They do respond but don't follow the problems through, poor planning and no feedback as to when your problems will be sorted out. Perhaps an automated IT system would help.

Look at you parkings in any new development
