Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is great, only a couple miles from the town centre, and the main supermarkets, with good transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been great in raising the issue with our turf with Vistry, however there seems to be a hold up on Vistrys side.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known that the properties address wouldn’t have been registered on most databases, however that was just a lack of judgement on my part.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is good range of shops and amenities real close to the site, with the city centre being a 5 minute drive. The first thing I noticed about the property was how quiet the traffic is inside the property.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had no issues with the property so cannot fault anything.

Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and very efficiently

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Only a 10 minute drive from town, lots of baby groups locally too. A really lovely area, lots of green space for dog walks :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The site developers unfortunately did a horrendous job with our back lawn, leaf living were very quick to respond and get to work rectifying.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise our address wouldn’t be recognised everywhere, a lack of insight on my own behalf

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very short and easy journey into Salisbury where all amenities are available. The bust stop into Salisbury is based less than 100 yards from the estate. Private off road parking for one or two cars means the roads are very empty and not at all congested. Traffic noise the short distance aware from the road that we are, is negligible due to acoustically insulated buildings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We're yet to raise any issue to them, but given their response times thus far, I imagine it will be very quick

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Literally nothing. Every question i had was answered straight away. Their transparency throughout the whole process left me with all the information I needed before I moved in. My only critique is with our local authority not declaring waste collection days, but that is far outside the remit of Leaf Living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing you have the beautiful medals just down the road for beautiful walks. You have a beautiful pub with the river about a 1520 minute walk you have a local shop Chinese shop and chip shop 10 minutes down the road. It's very close to city Centre but far enough to chill and have beautiful walks too if you'd like to amazing place to live

Outstanding, very helpful and explained everything really well

I don't think there is anything else that we could've been towed we had outstanding treatment by a lovely young lady called Beth. She has explained absolutely everything and she said to us if there's anything else we can think of later on. We just send an email or give her a ring and she will be happy to help
