Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve had a great experience living here. The house is well-designed, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Parking is easy, and everything about the property has been smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I’m very happy and would recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t needed to raise any issues so far, which reflects how well the building is managed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t really have any expectations or surprises after moving in, everything has been pretty much as seen during the viewing and has met my expectations overall.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to Aldi, pure gym and local Tesco with a very short drive or mid walk to town. Very close to the tip! Transport links from local Tesco. Parking is very convenient with two spaces. Traffic noise is minimal and we are at the top of the road, as the development is mid range.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any concerns have been answered professionally and followed up with an email.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were very savvy on the local area but, I think a nice thing would be to research the area a little more as Buckingham has so much to offer and a huge positive to moving to the area but, Laura did fantastic to share what was in the local area as standard. Thank you so much Laura.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Noisey factory next to houses. Layout is annoying, we have a garage cutting into our garden. Near shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No not yet I have emailed them but haven't received any replies in terms of who are energy suppliers are and things that are wrong with the house

But we weren't next to a factory that made noise 24 hours a day and the parking was a bit better also the finish the house is a bit rubbish we have open bayonets in the bathroom where they should be IP rated waterproof lights the floors are laminate and not of good quality the washer dryer seems like a very cheap one

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is good in that it is close to 2 supermarkets, it is however a 30 minute walk from the centre of town and near an industrial estate - although I've not experienced any noise or disruption because of this

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have only this far raised one issue, it was out of hours and they were unable to help, but they did call back promptly to discuss it

The house comes with lots of modern technology which is excellent, but be prepared to learn how to use it all.

Laura Conaty has been first class from start to finish, we have probably been a pain at times with all of our questions but she has worked through them and always been on hand. Thanks Laura, we are super excited to move in this week!!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues so far as we are yet to move in, we move in two days so fingers crossed
