Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location in Buckingham is good. Far enough away from the town centre it’s not busy and there are a few shops within a 5 minutes drive. There isn’t any anti social behaviour noticed however the parking situation is annoying with other residents permanently leaving their cars in the visitor bays and others parking on the road. (I am aware that’s a tennant issue, not a development issue)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any issues as of yet, touch wood. Seems straight forward to speak to maintenance through the app

How the internet works. There are 4 plugs for the interment to work. Confusing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a nice, quiet and overall safe neighbourhood in an ideal location. You have an Aldi and a Pure Gym less than a 5-minute walk away, and a large Tesco a 5-minute drive away. Parking is ideal and bin collections are regular. As it is a new development with building work still ongoing nearby, you hear construction vehicles regularly, but that is to be expected

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I reported several issues, one of which has been addressed, which was great. I am still awaiting a few more to be resolved. It would be great if communication were clearer, even after following the processes set by the management company on how to report issues. That is the only negative I take away from it

As we are not from the area, we viewed the property remotely. Make sure to ask important questions about anything the letting agent points out, for example, if anything is broken upon moving in, ask for ETAs on when it will be resolved.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Buckingham is nearby, with local pubs and restaurants. Our street is quiet. We also don't have many neighbors. We enjoy being near an A road, with Tesco, Lidl, and Aldi all in close proximity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have promptly taken care of any issues that have come up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Take a look at the storage space that is accessible, we didn’t realize one of the cabinets was filled by the boiler.

I’ve been a resident of Buckingham for many years now and it’s a great upcoming town with great connections to surrounding cities including Oxford and London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve had a slight problem when moving in which got sorted very quickly.

Nothing to say at the moment. Looking forward for the rest of the development to complete

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve just moved from within Buckingham and couldn’t fault the town. Great range of schools for all ages, great local businesses and the community is fab.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We’ve noticed a leak under the sink when moving in and we’ve had instant out of hours communication which is being resolved.

We have noticed that there isn’t as much storage as we first thought within the kitchen, however we have solutions which we can make.
