Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So far so good living here. Daisy has been amazing from start to finish. Road isnt the easiest to find as its not updated on Google maps yet. Considering we have houses being built opposite us, its still quite quiet. Neighbours and area seem to be very nice. Very local to Westwood cross shopping centre, so plenty of shops and entertainment. Awaiting ours wheelie bins as haven't been here long, but rubbish and recycling are still being collected. Nice to hear the ice cream van at times. Parking for us is all ok as have a drive as well as street parking. House seems very secure and safe to be there, even if you're on your own. Looking forward to next year when we are a bit more settled and garden underway as to how we'd like it, plus building work completed. Would recommend others to live here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had to deal with anyone apart from wheelie bins. We ordered and paid and they reimbursed us within a couple of days.

Nothing that springs to mind. We love it here and look foward to many years ahead

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As its so close to Westwood Cross shopping centre it is a great location. However it has increased the traffic .The roads and paths are however being changed by the local council,so hopefully this will help.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had jo bins when we moved in. I contacted Daisy who said to purchase them and raise a bill with the management, which I did and was quickly paid back.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing , as once we were accepted we were given chances to re look around and then measure . When we did the measurements we were not under any time constraints, which was lovely.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location for local shops and facilities, no traffic and a very quiet area. Only negative is the lack of outside bins for the majority of the houses in the area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and professionally. I have no concerns to this point

The lack of refuse bins and associated cost of these from council

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We close to all amenities, quiet street, loads of private parking. Lovely community feel. Located in the heart of Thanet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

One of the back doors won’t open but this is being resolved on Friday. Also still waiting for the smart keyless entry system to be installed which we have chased today. We were advised we would have a video door ball but that is no longer the case.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lower water pressure than usual and bin collection days would have been helpful as well as how to read the meters for utility companies,

Area is central to Thanet and within a stones throw to Westwood Cross Shopping complex. Despite this, the area is generally quiet and imagine it to be a lovely place to live when the estate is complete. Matt Hazelwood from the leaf living team has been a great help throughout.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Issues with doors not locking. Made contact and engineer booked to attend

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of plug sockets for a modern home and toilets not flushing. Good broadband included with Hive heating. Just waiting for the other smart tech to be set up which is taking longer than hoped.
